During the 81st Golden Globes ceremony last Sunday, the actress and her best friend, Taylor Swift, starred in a scene that had social media buzzing most of the night.

At an interim during the ceremony, Gomez approached Swift’s table and appeared to spill the tea to the singer and Keleigh Sperry about what many rumored to be an awkward encounter with Kylie Jenner.

In the video captured by fans, Sperry appears to say, “Timothée?” referring to Jenner’s new love.

While we may never know precisely what transpired in the conversation, the internet believes Selena Gomez said, “I asked for a picture with him, and she said no.”

For those who don’t remember, back in 2023, fans stoked rumors that Kylie had somehow insulted Selena Gomez after posting a photo of her eyebrows.

To make a long story short, Hailey Bieber’s appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast attempted to make it clear that there was no feud between her and Gomez over Justin Bieber.

Apparently, this was not the case. Following the body-shaming Gomez experienced online over some bikini images, Hailey Bieber, Kendal Jenner, and Justine Skye uploaded a video on TikTok with a lip sync that read, “I’m not saying she deserves it, but I’m saying God’s timing is always right.”

Gomez commented on the now-deleted video, writing, “It’s okay! I don’t let these things get me down! Be nice to everyone!”

Maybe Kylie just can’t get over the grudge?

Around the same time, Selena Gomez posted a picture of her eyebrows and wrote, jokingly, “Accidentally laminated my brows too much.” Soon after, Kylie Jenner posted an Instagram story of her eyebrows with the caption, “This was an accident????”

If that wasn’t enough, she also posted a screenshot of her Facetiming with Hailey with both cameras focusing on her eyebrows.
